Due to continued success, they are seeking a BMS Engineer to join them on a Data Centre Project in West London.

Responsibilities

  • BMS Design and System Integration: The BMS Engineer is responsible for designing and integrating the Building Management System into the data centre’s infrastructure. This involves selecting appropriate control systems for HVAC, lighting, fire safety, security, and energy management. The engineer ensures that the BMS integrates seamlessly with other critical systems within the data centre to optimize performance and energy efficiency.
  • Monitoring and Control of Critical Systems: The BMS Engineer monitors and manages the operation of critical building systems, such as cooling (HVAC), fire alarms, power management, and access control, ensuring they function optimally. This involves configuring the BMS to monitor energy consumption, implement energy-saving measures, and ensure compliance with environmental standards and certifications, such as LEED or other green building certifications.
